Itialian meat loaf Bettys C's way!
1 lb venison ground up
1/3 c minced dryed onions
1 t salt (that seens like a lot?)
2 T butter
3 T parsley
3T parmeasn cheese
4 slices of my bread broken up soaked in 1 c mixed up powdered milk
mix and put in a loaf pan bake 30 minutes 375 then add 8 oz my homemade spaghetti sauce and 1/4 t orregeno put back in for 20 mim. or 15 in our case were starving and had to get the stars to those loafy practices... oh add a pint of canned greenbeans heated up to round it off.
